Submission through the online portal does not waive any deadlines, documentation, or review procedures.
THE TOWN IS AWARE OF SCAM EMAILS REQUESTING THAT BUILDING, PERMIT, OR DEVELOPMENT FEES BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER.
While the Town may send payment requests, those communications will always come from an official “@alpine.gov” email address and will NEVER ask you to wire a payment.
