The Town of Alpine invites proposals for a 300kW diesel generator, similar to but not limited to the Cat C9 generator set, and an outdoor service rated automatic transfer switch.
Including:
- Diesel Generator rated at 300kW 480/277V, 600A, 3-phase generator
- Options Include: block heater, battery charger, 24-hr fuel tank, tank heater, cam lock test plugs, sound attenuation enclosure
- Automatic Transfer switch rated at 600A, 480/277V, 3-phase, NEMA-3 enclosure
- FOB delivery to Alpine, WY 83128
- Manufacturer’s start-up and owners training
This notice updates the Town’s previously advertised request for proposals for the Greys River generator.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Alpine will receive bids before 2:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026, by email at office [at] alpinewy.gov (office[at]alpinewy[dot]gov), by hand delivery to Town Hall (250 River Circle Dr.), or by mail to P.O. Box 3070, Alpine, WY 83128.
Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026, at Alpine Town Hall, 250 River Circle Dr., Alpine, WY.
All bids are subject to Town Council approval and availability.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
